Despite of this if a customer receives any product which is not merchantable and not of reasonable quality and consumable or a different product than the ordered or a different quantity than ordered then there are following solutions available with the customer
1. Wrong product / Wrong quantity of product received
The product must not be opened and the original hologram must not be removed at all.
The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of the receipt of the product.

If the customer consumes wrongly delivered product and there is a difference of amount on sale price between the product ordered and product received then the difference will be adjusted against the customer’s next order.
Points will be credited to customer’s account on The Almond Store or a coupon will be provided.
In case the product is not opened and customer wants a refund of difference amount, he can be provided a refund within 7 to 10 working days from the receipt of request mail.
If there are any legal consequences all will be entertained at Aurangabad jurisdiction only.
